Vessel COFR Verification System

Search for vessel Certificate of Financial Responsibility (COFR) information using the Vessel Identification Number (VIN) or IMO number. This electronic verification system provides real-time access to COFR status, expiration dates, and vessel details as maintained in the Marine Information for Safety and Law Enforcement (MISLE) system. The National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) has transitioned to a paperless COFR system, eliminating the need for physical certificates.
